We will shortly be launching the 'Campaign Against Leasehold and Freehold Exploitation' or 'CALAFEX' for short.
Our campaign aim, is to bring integrity and honesty to the property management / service industry, which is an industry that at present is exploiting leasehold and freehold homeowners, where property management companies are charging excessive fees and providing very little for these monies.
Via our sister site 'TheTruthAboutSolitaire' - we have already brought to the public's attention 'Peverel Group Ltd, who are a major player within the property management industry and part of a bigger organisation called 'The Consensus Business Group'.
However, 'Consensus Business Group' own many other property management companies, who are part of the 'Peverel Group' and therefore, it's likely that your property is managed by one of it's guises.
Consensus Business Group and Peverel Group, have many other inter-linked companies that provide insurance cover, through to the telecommunication systems! It's this form of monoply that allows CBG / Peverel to profit from charges.
CALAFEX is targetted at all leasehold and freehold homeowners, who may not have their properties managed by any of the above companies - but are fed up with having the same problems that nearly all leasehold and freehold homeowners have when it comes to their property management company. |
